Sometimes, you may want to Work Hard or increase Skills while at Work. These are two major things you can do to help your Sim get promoted faster, assuming you have also fulfilled the Promotion Requirements, which appear as a checklist on the Jobs panel. Also, try to go to work with your Sim in the Ideal Emotion. Doing the Daily Task helps your Sim's Career Performance, and each career or different career branches, may have different Daily Tasks for your Sim. Press 'J' and hover your mouse over the Performance meter to see your Job's Daily Task and Ideal Emotion. Tying these 3 things together, raising Skills, pursuing Career Levels related to those Skills, and completing Aspiration Milestones, will help your Sim establish themselves faster.ĭaily Task, Ideal Emotion and Job Performance If you picked an Aspiration that isn't tied to your job or skills, know you can change Aspirations at any time, even after completing one. Therefore, pick an Aspiration that is tied to the job you want and pursue those goals at the same time. Perhaps because the cupcakes are actually BGC and the others aren’t? Only EA knows! There are a total of 27 baking recipes and 8 cupcake recipes. Why? No idea, but I thought there might be some reason to it. Basically everything uses the baking skill except the cupcakes which use the cooking skill. I kept the skill requirements and building the same as the original cupcake factory machine. Sims are also able to back in the new mini counter ovens! After you start the baking interaction the sims will grab ingredients, prep, and bake as normal! To put the sprinkles on top, I made a ton of custom pans that the sims use in the animations to match what they are cooking. It works by searching the world for a fridge and oven which means it isn’t tied to specific objects and will work with any EA or CC appliances. You can place and use it from the world, your sims inventory, or the fridge inventory. Similar to my other food mods, the baking interactions are started from a source object which is a super cute frosting piping bag.
